How to measure

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the arms, with the tape level across your back.
Waist: measure around your natural waistline, where you would normally wear your trousers.
Hips: stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Keep the tape snug, not tight. And if your measurements point to two different sizes, go by your usual size and how you like a piece to fit.

Cashmere is one of the softest natural fibers. The exact mix for this piece is under Fabric and details above, and if your skin is very sensitive, a thin tee underneath is always an option.

A little pilling in the first weeks is normal for cashmere, mostly where it rubs. A cashmere comb lifts it off, and it settles once the loose fibers have worked their way out.

Wash it cool, by hand or on a wool cycle, with a gentle wool wash. Press the water out without wringing and lay it flat to dry in the shade. No bleach, no tumble dryer.

Fold it rather than hang it, so the shoulders keep their shape. Store it clean in a drawer or a breathable bag, with a little cedar if moths are a worry.

Held up well

Washed this a few times now and it still feels soft against the skin, no stiffnes or anything. Followed the hand wash instructions and it held up fine, black XL fits just right.

No itch, pairs with everything

Layer this over a plain tee most days and under my heavier coat when it gets colder, works well both ways. Not itchy at all against the neck. That matters to me since I cant stand scratchy knitwear. The black pairs with basically everything I own, from dark jeans and chinos to a suit without a tie on casual Fridays. Zip runs smooth and the leather pull is a nice detail up close.
