How to measure

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the arms, with the tape level across your back.
Waist: measure around your natural waistline, where you would normally wear your trousers.
Hips: stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Keep the tape snug, not tight. And if your measurements point to two different sizes, go by your usual size and how you like a piece to fit.

Itch comes from coarse fibers. Merino is much finer than ordinary wool, so it feels soft on bare skin. This one is 18.5 microns.

Any natural knit can pill a little where it rubs, under the arms or along the sides, mostly in the first weeks. A sweater comb lifts it off in a minute.

Less often than you think: merino resists odor, so airing it between wears is often enough. When it does need a wash, go cool, by hand or on a wool cycle, and lay it flat to dry in the shade. No bleach, no tumble dryer.

Fold it rather than hang it, so the shoulders keep their shape. Store it clean in a drawer or a breathable bag, with a little cedar if moths are a worry.

Didn't expect much, figured it would feel like every other sweater online but this one surprised me. The navy color looks sharp and it feels way heavier and nicer than I thought for the price. Only thing is the sleeves run a little long on me, had to roll them once or twice. Still ended up ordering a second one in black because I wear this thing constantly now.



Better than i expected

Didnt expect much since ive been let down by sweaters before. This one has stayed soft against my skin even after several washes. No pilling that ive noticed yet either, which usually happens pretty fast with stuff ive bought in the past. Wore it two or three times a week since it arrived and it still looks and feels like the first day. Color is a nice deep black too, not some faded looking dark grey some black sweaters turn out to be.
