How to measure

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the arms, with the tape level across your back.
Waist: measure around your natural waistline, where you would normally wear your trousers.
Hips: stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Keep the tape snug, not tight. And if your measurements point to two different sizes, go by your usual size and how you like a piece to fit.

Cashmere is one of the softest natural fibers. The exact mix for this piece is under Fabric and details above, and if your skin is very sensitive, a thin tee underneath is always an option.

A little pilling in the first weeks is normal for cashmere, mostly where it rubs. A cashmere comb lifts it off, and it settles once the loose fibers have worked their way out.

Wash it cool, by hand or on a wool cycle, with a gentle wool wash. Press the water out without wringing and lay it flat to dry in the shade. No bleach, no tumble dryer.

Fold it rather than hang it, so the shoulders keep their shape. Store it clean in a drawer or a breathable bag, with a little cedar if moths are a worry.

Great travel layer

Travel for work most weeks and this has become my go to flight jacket, small enough to fold into my carry on without taking up much room. Wears great over just a tee on the plane since its warm enough on its own, but also layers fine under my overcoat when i land somewhere colder. Took a small and the fit through the shoulders is right, not bulky at all under another layer. Packs down easier than i expected for something this warm.


