How to measure

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under the arms, with the tape level across your back.
Waist: measure around your natural waistline, where you would normally wear your trousers.
Hips: stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips and seat.

Keep the tape snug, not tight. And if your measurements point to two different sizes, go by your usual size and how you like a piece to fit.

Itch comes from coarse fibers. Merino is much finer than ordinary wool, so it feels soft on bare skin. This one is 17.5 microns.

Any natural knit can pill a little where it rubs, under the arms or along the sides, mostly in the first weeks. A sweater comb lifts it off in a minute.

Less often than you think: merino resists odor, so airing it between wears is often enough. When it does need a wash, go cool, by hand or on a wool cycle, and lay it flat to dry in the shade. No bleach, no tumble dryer.

Fold it rather than hang it, so the shoulders keep their shape. Store it clean in a drawer or a breathable bag, with a little cedar if moths are a worry.

Really solid piece

Picked up the black one and it feels right every time I put it on. Sleeves hit at the wrist, body sits at the hip. Neither too long nor too short. Been wearing it two or three times a week for about a month. Hand washed it once so far, no shrinking or stretching. Zip still runs smooth too, didn't think a knit jacket could feel this solid 👍


